Thanks for your feedback.
I think your proposed link is helpful. it might work to download the qt development packages from CSSU repository and to add them to madde with mad-admin tool.
I'll give it a try, when I find some time.

Anyhoo, I googled around and found this:
http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/docs/...E_targets.html which allows you to extract the Qt4.7.4 deb package into the sysroot. It says its for Harmattan, but it seems like a standard procedure that could work for Fremantle. Not sure if this answers your problem or not....
