The "ext4 not found" and "blkid not found" are caused by qole's scripts (I assume they were originally used for the n900 EasyDebian, and have been adapted from there). Both of these errors, however, are not fatal. As to why two different desktops are started, it is possible that you are starting the desktop under a different UID. I am not familiar with the intricacies of Unix account management, but I know that the root account you enter with devel-su is not exactly "real root". The error in starting the chroot from a filebox terminal might have something to do with Filebox setting some environmental variables that interfere with the chroot scripts. There is ext4 support in the kernel (but there's no ext4 module), so you can safely disregard this error.

xmimd.sh does not work - it starts the server but nothing appears in X session. in the terminal xmimd.sh prints:
Code:
~# ./xmimd.sh 2>&1
xmimd running with Xephyr LXDE window id : 0x01a00002
Server running
and that's all, until i press Ctrl+C.

also i can't get set up hardware keyboard - arrow keys don't work, "Fn" key works like "Win" key, etc.
i've copied /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/nokia_vndr/rm-680 from meego to debian, then i run
Code:
setxkbmap -rules evdev -model nokiarm680 -layout us
but nothing changes. any ideas?

Now I know the keyboard is FingerTerm.
I want to know can I mount cifs inside chroot? I download the samba stuff and when I mount it, it warns me system not support.

Hi, whenever I try to run Roxterm from within lxde I get an error saying "The new terminal's command failed to run" and so I can't get to any terminal.
How can I fix this? Thx

I followed the post #57 but I get the following error when trying to run "debian" in opensh:

/home/user # aegisctl -s

Any idea of where I messed up? Many thanks in advance. Just in case, the Debian LXDE icon does not run anything.

but I think I should build a deb of those scripts ...
