ok just installed multiboot. now when i click 2 for nitdroid it says
"cant flash kernel, required files not found guru meditation #00000025.62017712"
I've searched that, and it says about editing multiboot.d, but that post was years ago, and I can't find what they are referring to when they say "follow from steps 7c"
Nitroid is installed on EMMC, and i've used a custom 8gb 20gb img.
Maemo works, faster than it did before I wiped all the crap out!

No i am not at all familiar with the installer, did it manually because of the better control to the process.
The steps to be taken are deeply buried in this thread at http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...postcount=4011 and in the following posts, because the description was incomplete: The files had to be fetched and placed to the right place manually. The version of the installer, which was needed, but must not be executed, was important.
Nevertheless you might try to read it and, if needed, ask for further assistance.
There is also a wiki article for information http://wiki.maemo.org/Nitdroid_easy_install_on_EMMC
