marmistrz, see ereswap thread - this exact problem is mentioned there.
if You have ways of editing rootfs files (backupmenu with it root console, recovery console without backupmenu, or any other) - you're good to go, and You won't need reflash.
If You don't have any of those, and still you're determined to "save" it without reswap - use RescueOS from sd card.
for details on exact issue case, again, see ereswap thread. I'll try to roll-out update ASAP, but I've pretty tight schedule :/

", to quote Alice in Chains. Too bad, as I planned to test overwriting libstdc++6 v 4.2 with Aapo's 4.6 before reflash.

Anyway, if you want a recovery console on boot without installing anything(eg bootmenu, backupmenu) special, search for Mentalist Traceur implementation of recovery console in preinit. I use it and it's awesome

I recently installed and confed ereswap and swapset, installed a bit apps.
Today, as the phone was a bit laggy, I decided to reboot.
When I did it, Nokia logo appeared, and then black screen. And nothing else. The display was working but the screen was whole black.
It stays so.
When I came back home, the phone turned itself off, and the problem persisted (I tried to boot up again)
Tried both kp50 & maemo stock kernel, nothing worked.
I'm using CSSU Testing, 8GB microSD.
For 75% the rootfs isn't full, as I had ~40MB free. All the installed apps 'd use ~35MB max, if they were on rootfs. These were: moviefinder, maevies, movie-schedule and some others.
Has anyone got an idea how can I fix it?
/edit: I'd like to avoid reflash

MeeCoLay: run MeeGo Harmattan apps on Fremantle
PowEdit: manage power key menu entries
User Agent Tool - change Maemo Browser's user agent
MaeLyrica - lyrics download client
