I was bored today, so I decided to do a quick clone of Pattrn for Harmattan: http://thp.io/2012/mustr/

GPL'd and ready for some hacking: http://github.com/harmattan/mustr

This is the support thread for this app. Feel free to post questions, suggestions, etc.. here. Be aware that this is just another one of these unmaintained one-off hacks, so if you want to have more features, coding it yourself and sending a pull request on Github (or joining the Harmattan organanization) is the way to do it.

Is there any way to directly download patterns from the APP to desired folder? I see only Set As Wallpaper option.

Would be nice to integrate the homescreen app features — to set not only wallpaper but background for 3 main screens.

My friend i like it when you get bored..
I'm fine with no further support, the app is great and simple but please add a save option

Once the wallpaper is set, the pattern has been downloaded to /home/user/.config/mustr/ and can be copied somewhere else from there.

Been there, done that (long story short: I was asked to remove it). Won't be working on that anymore for obvious reasons. Everything you need is out there (done by other people) already: Fahrplan for routing and gotoVienna for real-time.

thanks for your answer. i tried to install gotovienna (danke für den tipp!), but it gives me an "installationspaket nicht gefunden" error. do you have an idea how to solve that?

and out of curiousity: why did qando not want you to do a proper app for them? their forum is full of complaints about not being available on "small" os s...
