Today in notification i have update for my N9,and i when i go "update device software" it start download if i connect on the operater internet but when connect on wlan download didn't start.Update is to big to download with operater internet...I tried to change name of my wlan,turn off security and still nothing...Help please

have the same problem.. try rebooting your phone. worked for me one hour ago. its a big problem. about 90% of my updates fail to downlod or download and then fail to install. another option is to remove the dedicated app and download it again.

try to update with settings app/menu/window at the background closed

I'm having the same problem, already posted here:

Rebooting phone does not help in my case...

tried everything.. even apt-get update && apt-get upgrade fails often

How to delete update notification?If i can't update i didn't want to watch it....

Not shure if that's possible at all.

But you could update via Nokia Software Updater if you don't want to do it via cellular connection.

I had a similar problem, switched "Operator Internet" to always ask, (rebooted) and don't have this problem anymore

Nokia Software Updater say no updates
