maybe you can try to not use microphone too? if so, try to use headphonefix application
but in case you get phonecall...it will not be friendly.
also, you can try to disassemble headset keys part and fix issue?
or, replace headset?

My WH-901 headset was broken, when I plugged into my N9, it keep sending the control signal to the music player and caused changing songs every few second.
Is there any way I can disable the headset button function in my N9? or can I change some configure file option to do this?
