So a SIP call came through on my N9, also rang on my home phone. N9 was in another room so didn't notice that it carried on ringing even after I answered the call on the other phone... and after I hung up the call, even. Went through to the other room and discovered my N9 ringing away, but with no 'Swipe up' screen, in fact no indication at all that a call was coming through - because of course it wasn't, by this time. It is just ringing and ringing without stopping, and no indication of how to stop it. So even when I powered the N9 down, it still carries on ringing!

I've noticed that the N9 will carry on ringing sometimes with a SIP call that is answered on another device, which is some sort of bug. But I've never had the problem of the thing continuing to ring and ring and ring, even when completely powered off!

It's ridiculous - what to do?

EDIT. So after powering it down a second time, this time disconnected from the USB power cable, it stopped ringing, finally. Still, this was really strange.

Delete And reinstall sip account? I appreciate that is not a long term solution.
