Now we only need phone calls working (I'm not trying to force anyone, you coders "play" with whatever you want! )

I'm planning on trying this accelerated ICS this weekend and install it to MMC. Hopefully I'll be able to use my N900 again

Regards

I have heard some apps work on NITdroid using the microphone (I seem to recall Skype was one). Does anyone know an app that works with the microphone in NITdroid AND is open-source?? Mainly to study how it calls the microphone as opposed to Ofono which, as far as I am aware, uses the broken HAL. Thank you

Install notes for those with a freshly wiped phone:

No, life doesn't hate you - you just forgot to check the dependencies.
1. Download nitdroid-installer on Page1 and save it on your phone
2. Add testing and devel repositories in HAM
3. install rootsh
4. install nitdroid dependencies --> rootsh (>= 1.8), getbootstate (>= 1.0.39+0m5), multiboot (>= 0.2.10), multiboot-kernel-maemo (>= 0.3), wget, bzip2
By doing:
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get update; apt-get install getbootstate multiboot multiboot-kernel-maemo wget bzip2
5. Navigate to folder when nitdroid-installer is stored, and install it
6. Run nitdroid-installer

And there you go, all 3 options at boot.

I already have the project started, I already finished the pyQt design of the installer, yes a GUI this time, however, I'm on a week vacation now, so expect some kind of beta release in 2-3 weeks.

So .. when we can get calls working on nitdroid N900 ??
will this happen soon ??I mean in this year 2012 ??
or we have to wait until next year ??
.............
I have another issue:
I get a message says that my device memory is full when I try to install new apps from the market .. I have some apps installed , but the memory of th e device appears more than 100 MB , and I transferred all installed apps to SDcard to free more space and also removed one or two apps that I have installed before , but I also get the same message and nothing can be installed from the market ... what can i DO WITH THIS??
