What's is going on? I haven't revived the PR1.3 update for my n9.
I thought it was a done deal. Sadly I'm stuck at PR1.2.
Ok, I know Nokia workers only work 50% of the day and drinking coffee the rest of the day, but this is ridicules. release it now!

These guys are full of it, not happening for OEM (Nokia), & still definitely not happening for end-users IMO.
