It seems to just be an empty file (rw-r--r--)
If you recreate it you should be ok

was just a problem of permissions.

i have a problem.. i've erased the /lock pkg or directory... and i can't do a apt-get update because it says me that the pkg isn't available.
plz, i need someone send me.. /var/lib/dpkg/lock
