Hi,
I've compiled newer sqlite3 for Fremantle, the version from Harmattan SDK.
It's available right there: http://marmistrz.net63.net/meecolay/sqlite3/
It's been tested. Should work without problems. There might be some build-depends mess, but I'll fix it when it's possible to upload it to the repos.
Is there any way this can be pushed into the repos? (It's needed for some newer packages)

i would like to test it but i dont know a specific app that depends on it ?
can anyone name a package for it please

if you can still receive,send, and view smses in the conversations app then it's working

Isnt this database instead in Berkeley format?

Thinking about switching to a newer device? Not sure if your favorite Maemo/Harmattan application has an equivalent or substitution? Android sucks way less than people around here shout. Check my personally-made substitution list!

What is it, that Berkeley format? I just compiled it, after testing it came out it works ok.

Come on! I tested it, only. But you have had the whole work. Therefore:

will this fix the famous corrupt conversations database bug?

Probably best to contact the CSSU team to have it included in the CSSU, if you don't want to figure out a way to get it into the main repos without conflicts (or having to try to take over maintainership) with the existing package.

A bit short on donating funds right now (donated a lot recently elsewhere), but at some point I almost certainly will.

but then I won't be able to use autobuilder with other packages.
sqlite 3.7 + glib 2.22 -> libaccounts-glib -> libaccounts-qt1
So the main repos may be the best option. Is there any way I can push it there?
