When I dial codes like #456# it shows me as 'Invalid number'. Those codes are not invalid, can be dialed through any other phone for my network. Why I can't dial them in N900?

Some had told that is a bug. Can I fix it now by updating?

When I'm trying to get space in rootfs for update I used
apt-get clean
But showed,

E:could not open lock file/var/cache/apt/archives/lock-open(13 permission denied)
E:Unable to lock the download directory


please help??

I installed this app,,but still I can't dial * or #,
