You don't have to do anything. Check if there is a process ntp running. Your time will automatically updated.
~ $ ps | grep ntp 2850 user grep ntp

Download the package : http://merlin1991.at/~christian/harm....0-1_armel.deb
install it using filebox,
use "rdate -n some.ntp.server" in terminal to sync time with some ntp server
example :
i dont think root is required
