For the last couple of days now I receive 'Operation Failed' when trying to do anything within the Application Manager. When looking at the Logs I get this -

Nothing has changed on my device. Can anyone shed any light on this issue as i'm stumped.

You've got corrupted files for some reason. I'd suggest disabling all the repositories, exiting App Manager, then going back and re-enabling them (you also appear to have duplicate repositories, so only enable a single copy of each). That'll force a complete refresh of the package data and should fix this issue.

I've just disabled each repository and enabled each one individually and everything seems to be working now.

Can you post a screenshot or the _EXACT_ error messages you are getting? We can try to help you then.

Also you may find you get more help on here if you use grammar and punctuation properly... and drop the red font, it's really not required...

Confirmed. Also try to update the packages from terminal after disabling the repos. Enable again the repos and from terminal do twice apt-get update and once apt-get upgrade between that
