We no longer need fastern9...we have the amazing QT5
Also maybe it feels faster because it's a fresh flash?

First download and istall this file https://sites.google.com/site/ivoiva...edirects=0&d=1

Second - install this one https://sites.google.com/site/ivoiva...edirects=0&d=1

Then restart

Enjoy with QT5

All modules in QT5 Beta1 Package:

Code:
QT5 Base modules

QT5 3D module

QT5 Declarative module

QT5 V8 Javascript Backend module

QT5 Location module

QT5 Script module

QT5 Sensors module

QT5 XML Patterns module

QT5 Simlock client
All files of QT5 after installation you can find here:

Code:
/opt/qt5/
Check what version of QT is currently installed on device with this command in the Terminal:

Code:
dpkg -l | grep qt
My user review of QT 5.0 Beta1 installed on my Nokia N9 16GB Firmware 40.2012.21.3 (PR1.3):

The positive:

- All installed/pre-installed Applications on my device opening/closing faster
- Opening/moving between other menus is faster
- Already no lags by scrolling/fast scrolling in long menus (like Phone Menu,Contacts,Skype Contacts, etc.)
- Already almost have not this issue by scrolling/fast scrolling in Web pages with Nokia's Web Browser:

Issues:

- Have not found yet

One last thing before I go ahead with installing Qt5 beta, is it stable beta? and do you think it might interfere with any mods? (FasterN9, QuickTweak)

Sorry for another question(possibly the last) i'm just very cautious to doing things xD.

So no need to re-flash it can be installed at any stage? And no data or settings will be lost?
