I am very excited by all of the positive results experienced by people using ver 0.9.12. I am considering using it myself, but I was wodering if anyone has noticed any issues with GPS/locational services either being slower or faster to find your N9's location? Or is it about the same amount of time to fix the phone's location? Also, what has the experience been with battery drain? Is battery draining slower or faster than normal?

Any information would be appreciated . . .

Thanks

I would expect no changes in battery consumption. GPS fix may actually be faster, as the gps daemon has a higher priority than without FasterN9.

To everyone using last version: no more critical bugs? May I promote FasterN9 to stable?

ibrakalifa, no more problems with firewall plus or tracker?

Where is Arie, by the way?

Nope the N9 bug is jumping from 20% to 4%...You should immediately reboot then to recover back to ~12-15%...

Finally stable.

Thanks everyone for the help, feedback and patience.

Edit: going to sleep now, but the development is not over.

If you are referring to the public offender convicted for sexually assaulting another (Lumia)man; he can be found on gtalk as usual
