Would be nice to have a installable package. All I ask is acces to the final package so that we can use it also in Ubuntu.

Yes an IRC channel for porting OS to N900 would be nice.

Hi, i'm an Arch user so I miss arch in my recently acquired N900 (2 weeks), but I still need buy a MicroSD card & reader but is incredible how many things we can make with this stuff.. i follow this thread and thanks for IRC channel...

I went through the steps, but when I try to boot it from u-boot it just hangs at "Starting kernel..." - how can I figure out what's wrong?

So far the every single reported failure to boot has been because of wrongly configured U-Boot.
