freemangordon, the new libgstdsp works brilliantly. No dots, and movies start more quickly. Finally, VNC into N900 works well for playing many H264 movies in sequence. Many many thanks!

Out of interest, is there a reason these packages cannot be submitted to the repository? (If explanation exists, no need to repeat it - just direct me).

...in fact the updated lib should be near the first of november (as changelog) ....not 25 or march...Or is it an old build near 7/4/2012?
