sifo you did not think to take all the smiles from the desktop client Skype? Just the current worthless = /

Try :
Code:
sudo gainroot
dpkg -i /path/to/skype-smiles.deb
then choose the pack from settings and refresh rtcom-messaging-ui

./sifo

It is where have you put the downloaded debian file in your N900, it should be in MyDocs ( the one called as your device name in file manager )
this may work

sudo gainroot
dpkg -i MyDocs/skype.deb
