Very close to the WP8... 
Copy .keyboardtheme to /home/user/MyDocs
sh /home/user/MyDocs/.keyboardtheme/install.sh
sh /home/user/MyDocs/.keyboardtheme/uninstall.sh

Ok had to toggle "show hidden files" 
anyway, installation failed, terminal output says "files not found" then reboots without activating kb
