It's not about the money. WhatsApp Inc. never wanted to support our platform and if I pay but my contacts don't want to then who am I gonna talk to?

If WhatsApp Inc. is really enforcing payment I'm pretty sure most people (if not all) will look for something else.

don't believe whatsapp inc.
i am using whatsapp for years and never paid anything for it.
they state you get one year free and then pay 0,99 cent for each following year. yet like i said i never paid and been using it for sometime now.

for me not being able to call in android and getting a partition error with meego and having issues with power kernel i love my n900 and yappari worked out of the box realy nice.

i was just thinking and searching for the source isn't it simple to use wget and have media downloaded automaticly to a certain folder.
instead of a link to the web. that would be really sweet.

anyways thanks for your hardwork many people appriciate it.
and more n900 is still uber 3 years after release it's still a top notch phone leaving all others in the dust. happy happy happy happy happy

WhatsApp Inc. has been renewing accounts every year automatically for free up to November 2012. After that if your account expires you have to pay.

How do i verify if my expiration date is due? i can't run the thing even on android (bluestacks). I directly get the your number is blocked error.

For me at least it's incorrect . My account should have benn expired in the summer but it was renewed to late december and now it's set for march 2013 .
