No photo of it, but on a colleague's laptop Microsoft's SQL Server Management Extensions (i.e. the GUI DB query tool) starts up with the following dialogue box:

I get one now on my laptop at start up: a little unidentified popup that just says something like "Login failure. You tried to login as user texrat"

And the ever-ubiquitous OK button.
