You should check if you have enough free space in /home (1% free space is not enough)
If you have free space but you still can't login, remove the skype account, reboot and add again your account.

My Skype was unable to connect since yesterday Jan 22, 2013.. I was using it for a month already. Im not so good with gadgets and i havnt found any solution from the threads ive seen. It says "Not Signed In"
What should i do? I miss my friends
