there is some n9 cant be flashed to the arabic v22 its giving me error like u cant dawngrad

You cannot downgrade firmware, just like error message says.

the thing is i was using PR 1.3 and my N9 bricked..it is a 16 GB MEA addition...which release should i chose..in the NaviFirm+ 1.7 ??

just go to navifirm and download a mea firmware...the pr legacy should be 006. Do that and you are fine
