Donot know how this update relates to 3g fixing(?). Anyway, updated! At least to show Nokia that there are still people looking for their updates!

I noticed a couple of weeks ago that my N9 started to loose connction from the 3G network. and I had to restart the phone in order for it to find the network again. I Ithought I could be something related to my subscription and contacted my operator.
my operator told me:
"ah yes, that can happen, you know, the smart phones are set so that, in order to save battery they look for the network only when they are switched on. that is normally enough in Europe (but not in our crappy networks full of coverage holes)
If you want your phone to keep looking for networks. Visit your friendly Nokia dealer and ask for a "correction" (so that your N9 spends more battery trying to find the network) "
today I recieved a "mysterious" Nokia link update (WTH!)
... if I put 2+2 together...
I guess I will notice a shorter battery time ... (and still the same holes in the network)

You need to understand guys, there is no Harmattan team anymore. Just a few people pushing updates when it's really needed. Even then it's done under a cloak.

Nokia Link was the first thing, i uninstalled, when i got the phone, because it seemed so totally useless to me (and still does)...
Can (or should) i install this new confpp without Nokia Link?
Does it make things better or worse?

Tweetian app is broken. Not connected to server. But browser yes.
Same for downloads.maemo.nokia.com
"apt-get update" report: "DNS resolve timeout".
from my PC connected via same wifi:
~> ping downloads.maemo.nokia.com
PING e900.g.akamaiedge.net (23.63.67.200) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from a23-63-67-200.deploy.akamaitechnologies.com (23.63.67.200): icmp_seq=1 ttl=57 time=42.7 ms
I mean, this is sabotage. If Lumias not better, broke great N9.

Edit: HA! after some magic steps (remove this pkg aceso-iso, few reboots, install aceso-iso deb /have localy stored via ovi-catch, thanks to god & author/, few next restarts .. and downloads.maemo.nokia.com is resolved ..

Not exact this bug, other NEW bug with same effect:
Apps unable to use active internet connection
Edit: ok, twitter apps problem not related to this ..
