The problem is well known and related to libmeegotouch which is required by the use of ShareUI: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=713

The solution requires to upgrade libmeegotouch which seems to be available only for meecolay donators: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...&postcount=764

Since I don't have a paypal account and do not intend to have one, I'll stick with ttrss 0.2.1

May be you could make the Feed Event feature optional so that libmeegotouch code is not executed for those who have not donated to marmistrz yet, whatever their reasons could be.

Or if you want to support marmistrz work from your developer side and bring people to donate, I would suggest to keep it the way it is right now.

@pierrem @nodevel, i just uploaded a deb with the shareui disabled. You will have the share button, but it will not do anything (i am just too lazy to figure out how to hide a MenuItem in such a PopupMenu, setting visible to false somehow did not work for me...

please test and let me know if that works for you

@cnlpete: just in case you didn't notice them, I filed a couple of pull requests in github.

Just for your information, so that we avoid working on the same thing: the next thing I'd like to work on is preloading the next element: having a hidden WebView item to which I'll feed the HTML of the next article, once the current one has finished loading.

And last, a question: is there a reason why you don't use a Loader to load the FeedItem and a ListModel/ListView to view the feeds? See https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-12117 as an example of how to create a ListModel from a JSON feed.

As gwmgdemj took the time to create a chinese translation, i publsiehd a new minor version with the new translation and a couple of small fixes: http://schad.es/ttrss024 and http://schad.es/ttrss024noshare for MeeCoLay users.

@mardy: i noticed your pull requests and included them in this release.
Sorry i did not answer sooner (or will answer sooner in the future) but i am currently in the middle of my final diploma exams and therefore sadly have little extra time. As to why i did not use a Loader and/or the suggested method of creating the models, i simply did not know about them i was (and still am) quite new to qml and oriented myself along other small projects i could find and adopted their schema... as it does work for now and i currently do not have alot of time, i do not intent to change that right away...
however, you can send me pul lrequest with changes and aslong as they work for me, i.e. do not break anything, i will include them happily.
thx

Is there a way to do some debug on the reader for N9?
For several feeds (e.g. hackaday) it doesn't show any picture included in a post when I read from the N9. If instead I access my tt-rss server via desktop PC client, everything looks ok.
So... I'm not sure if it's the picture too big to be rendered, or in unsupported format, if I missed a 'mobile settings' server-side or what else.

It would be great if this had support for ssl for when one is in a poor cell service area but has public-wifi available.

Nothing stops you from using https in the server address, in fact if you have https available, you should always use it instead of plain http...

I published a new version yesterday (v0.3.0) available on my site http://ttrss.cnlpete.de or via openrepos.

The new features are a functioning more button for the feedview, a splashscreen and displaying of assigned labels...
The version without the shareui will follow tonight i guess.

Hm weird, i have the hackaday feed as well but the images do work. Please try again with the new version. If the error persists open an issue at github and list feeds where there are errors...
