widgets have gconf settings in /desktop/meego/status_area. you can change it manually.
tools have fixed layout.

Maybe remove and reinstall ?
Worked for me

Code:
#devel-su -> password
#dpkg -r coderus-trusted-repo
Then just install trusted repo deb with trusted switch on or with aegis-dpkg -i

have you installed debinstaller ? if no, install it as described, so after installing aegis-installer-hack. if yes, then do like this
1)open setting>applications>manage applications>coderus unrestricted repos>uninstal
2)then download it to MyDocs dir on your N9
3)if there is filebox on your N9,then go to MyDocs, double tap on the .deb file, mark Trust and Regullar install on debinstaller menu.
4)apt-get update

if again errors, so then do everything again till step 4) - in step 4) do this
Code:
wget -O - http://harmattan.openrepos.net/openrepos.key | apt-key add -
then in step 5) do
Code:
apt-get update
I think it must work, because i had this issue and solved it doing this steps.

@coderus, what is the different between opensudo & aegis-installer-hack & opensh ? Are they suitable together to use or we can use just one of them or they are very different? The story about if N9 flashed in openmode kernel.
