Why can't the stock browser open CNN.com? Just curious.

It never worked on my Symbian N8 either. I always assumed it was because they wanted you to use the CNN app ... altho the store seems to only have 1 app for the N9 that focuses on Asia: CNNGo

Interesting to know this, thanks. It works fine on Opera and Fennec. Just kind of odd.

Just scroll down and open the full site. What doesn't work for you? It seems to work for me just fine.

I am in the U.S. and all I get when I try is a redirect to the mobile site that fails--black window with "Couldn't Open Page" error notice.

I know Opera works, and I love Opera...but its lack of the Swype keyboard makes it too frustrating. I am running into more problems with the stock browser (gmail and Yahoo mail especially--having to clear cookies a lot), and am probably going to leave the fold due to it. [For the record, I still have an N800, N900 &N9.]
