I will certainly try with the new version.
But anyway, maybe the problem is on server side. All I can say is that when I open a new post I see immediately the text, with soverimposed for a few seconds a semi-transparent spinning squircle, and when the squircle disappears the image is resolved in an empty box with a tiny icon [?] in the middle, like the image format was not recognized.

That does not appear to be the case. I get http code 0 even in the most recent version and previous versions. On an android tablet it works, on desktop linux firefox and chrome it works. My cert is from startssl (startcom), perhaps some kind of verification issue?

If the http code 0 message is verification related, would it be possible to add a setting to turn off verification?

Hmm weird, should not be related to ssl cert, at least for me my self signed cert is working fine. Does the login work when using plain http? maybe you do not have the api enabled? Could you provide me with a testing account on your ttrss instance so i can debug the login for myself?

I pushed a minor version update to https://openrepos.net/content/cnlpete/ttrss and http://ttrss.cnlpete.de yesterday, containing the latest translations and support for multi-line page headers.

@cnlpete Is there a Sailfish version of this underway or has someone forked it?

It's one of the apps I'm missing on my Jolla and the Android ttrss apps are awful by comparison, even on my Nexus 7.

I suspect it's not a straight port as the Sailfish UI has a different kind of flow between panels than the N9 but hopefully not so different.

There is no sailfish version underway yet (at least by me) and i an not aware of any forks... Also i wont start with the sailfish version until February as i am traveling Australia at the moment and only carry light equipment (ie don't have any equipment that may run the sailfish emulator) when i return, i will definitely try to port the ui to sailfish
until then you have to cope with the Android version i guess
