Hello,

I have opened a private chat. I have sent "Hi" text", and my friend has sent "Reply 1" and "Reply 2" text. I see in conversation window the text "My friend is typing...", but I don't receive the messages.

This is the log of conversation. I have deleted the log of start yappary. I have replaced the phone number of my friend for "XXXXXXXXXXX":

Your log is too short ...
Perhaps also you should delete the dblog files in /home/user/.yappari/ as you may have corruption there

After switching from WA 2.12.100 on my Nokia N95 to yappari 2.0.15 I can't receive messages from some contacts. Group chat still works.
In private chat I can receive status like message composing, but the actual message isn't displayed.
Logfile says data is received, maybe it's encrypted? Contact that sent message is using Android.

Code:
parseMessageInitialTagAlreadyChecked
INCOMING:
<message>
   from=49163xxxxxxxx@s.whatsapp.net
   id=1437981404-12
   notify=xxxxxxxxxx

my question: is ist safe to use the latest yappari release (S40 version)?

I have the same problem, too, after switching to latest Whatsapp on Nokia N95 and then back to yappari on N900.
Group chat works, private chat only sending messages works, receiving doesn't work. Chatstate, i.e. typing, works too. Other side is using Android.
Logfile says that message is received. But doesn't show up in chat window.
Is it a encrypted message?
