Sometimes when you call (and reach them) you say you found it at "company so-and-so" they will match that price,,,worth a try vs. the mailing back and forth....

Sweet, these memory prices keep coming down!

I purchased a 16 GB card for US$70-something just a few weeks aog.

Anyone want to swap my two (almost new) Sandisk Ultra II 16 gb SDHC cards plus one Sandisk SDHC card reader for one 32 gb SDHC card? These 16gb cards are typically $130 -$150 each.

They also have a class 6 SDHC card for the same price.

According to the cosco site, speed is quite different between the two:
class 4 (32gb) = 4 mb/s
class 6 (16gb) = 22.5 mb/s
So the decision comes down to speed vs size.

^^^ Class 4 means a minimum of 4MBps. The other card is class 6 and has "a transfer speed of up to 22.5MB/s".

Either way, the N800 is slower than fast cards. I have a SanDisk Extreme, it's several times faster on a PC than it is on my N800.

Sorry if this seems a bit stupid, but I thought I read that SDHC of this size wasn't compatible with the n800
Either way, Costco will accept any returns for any reason within 90 days on electronics, so i guess I could just try it in the parking lot if I really wanted to...
