When I try to log in to the "real" wiki, it lets me, but then immediately logs me out, so I can't do any editing. Yes, I have cookies enabled. No, I'm not using privoxy. Yes, I've tried MSIE 7 and Firefox 3. (And BTW, the login page on the "real" wiki isn't https protected by default.)

Someone else commented on the first problem, IIRC. Try using https://wiki.maemo.org/ (and it'll solve your other concern as well ;-))

I have now tried Firefox 3, MSIE7, and Opera 9.6 on two different XP machines, as well as the web browser on my N800. I am unable to log in to wiki.maemo.org. Or more precisely, I can log in, but I can't STAY logged in. As soon as I navigate away from the "Login successful" (to any other page), I am no longer logged in. To whom should I speak about this issue?
And I still want to know why the "Wiki" page at the top of the ITT page doesn't link to wiki.maemo.org.

I think the wiki is some version of MediaWiki. File uploads have been disabled thus making it impossible (AFAIK) to show images in the wiki. I'd like to request that the admin enable the display of external images by setting the $wgAllowExternalImages variable. Is this possible?
