When in Europe I tried to download the Europe maps (had North America installed). Something when wrong and the map application never worked. My N810 has been collecting dust for a bit but I recently brought it back out. I upgraded the firmware from v2.xx to the latest v4.x.x.. However, when I run the Map application I'm getting the message "Map data faulty. Please re-download". However, the only way I know of downloading is through the application itself but it shutsdown after seeing the error message. I uninstalled the Map app and reinstalled but this does not fix it (propbably because the Map data doesn't uninstall). After uninstall, I tried deleting the map data (stored in the internal memory) but it won't let me becuase it is read-only. Can anyone help?

Well I was able to fix it... I uninstalled the Map application then throught the File Manager re-formatted the internal memory card. Then I was able to re-install the map application which started fine and download my desired map.
