Hi everyone,

I'll be in Dubai for a couple of days in December and I'm looking for a shop/mall/Nokia store to try and buy the N900.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Sven

There is a Nokia shop in Dubai Mall (Burj Dubai), I bought from there. Seems to be available in other electronics shops as well like Jackys that is in many locations

Great! Thank you both.

Really like to try it out before I buy, the DOA stories are somewhat troubling and the only way to get it here in Shanghai would be by mail.

You can buy it from any Nokia care stores all over Dubai, I pre-ordered at Dubai Mall outlet and they called me up when they received it. There is another outlet in Burjman center that I know of and there is one at Sheikh Zayed road. You can browse Nokia website for the whole list. I paid for 2999AED for my N900. It’s slightly higher than 500EUR.

It comes with English keyboard, no Arabic available. Paid 2999AED, in Dubai prices seem to be fixed everywhere. You can try at least in Nokia store before buying
