Looks more like an N97 keyboard layout (with the dpad and tilt) than an N900.
(I haven't seen any pics of the N900 with tilt screen)

Hey I'm over here in China now. I looked at that phone and/or one just like it. They also had a N97 copy. The worst about all of them is the crappy OS that comes with them. All the copies have the same chinese OS, and it really sucks. I had a fake N95 that someone gave me and I hated it. Finally I just bought a real E63 for just a little bit more and the OS alone is worth it.
