No. Delivery report just displays on your screen.

nope, it plays a sound, what i am talking about is adding a beep to quick flash that says message delivered like symbian phones had it, so when the message quickly flashes with message delivered i would like to beep at the same time

Ah, it might be possible but I don't know how. The method would be something that piggybacks or checks for the presence of the visual notification (or its process) and plays whatever sound.
Not something that's present by default in the phone but it's possible for an experienced member of the community to fix if someone were to look at it.
