As far as I've understood, Blue Maemo does more of the opposite, it makes the tablet (n900 etc.) work as a keyboard and mouse for the computer.

Sorry, I was refering to VDVsx post regarding the enabler for HID keyboards. I don't have much experience of Linux, so I would like to restrain from messing around with system files as for now as I'm not sure I can fix it if I mess something up
. I can try to dig more about this but can be a great waste of time if they removed it for a reason

The enabling part is finished[1]. I didn't packaged the app yet, because it is almost useless since you can use only letters in the majority of the BT keyboards. I contacted the responsible for that area in order to know more about the reasons for the removal of the generic keyboards, but didn't get any reply so far. I can try to dig more about this but can be a great waste of time if they removed it for a reason

Thank you, let's hope they'll answer soon. I can't really see why they wouldn't allow anything but letters, let's hope it's just a bug.
