I agree, Johnel, but I'm pretty sure there aren't any left, so that would be a really pointless fight. Also they aren't openly denying the warranty because of the lack of parts, it was just something that the service rep let slip and then tried to cover up.

I'm hoping that it's just a loose connector, like Andrewfblack and others have suggested.
