Looks like it is showing cpu/mem usage, or onboard memory/microsd storage...just a guess. Maybe it is the spinoff of load-applet?

i like that battery indicator. no clues yet? i'll give scooby snacks.

It is called cpumem-applet, and should be in the extras-devel.

Remaining active usage is available in xterm via "lshal |bat" command.
Just look for battery.remaining_time (it is in seconds), but it is inaccurate and I think thats for they removed it from production build.
