I want to change the scrolling behaviour in the menu to a similar behaviour as in other menus like Contacts. Currently it is too slow (it stops too fast).
Is it possible to do this easily?

it may be helpful to be more specific on which menu you mean, or if you are talking about a global menu control

It's probably the "bouncing" effect that occurs when you scroll furher than the borders.

No, it feels like it's dragged on a carpet, instead of ice.

It drags only a couple of rows after finger is released, even if the "flick" is vigorous. The menu is long and getting to the bottom requires several flicks.

It feels like high friction, contrary to what desktop, images, video, and just about everything else is like.

He's talking about the main menu. If there is a lot of apps in "More..." there is a different kind of kinetic scrolling (a slower one) than in browser or contacts for ex.

I think you should report a bug.

i would also like to scroll with the arrow keys in all menus i think this would be helpfull.
