In that video they translate Finnish Pizzeria menu from Finnish to English and from Finnish to Chinese.
Funny thing is that google just promoted almost similir kind of application in their blog:

Let's hope that PhotoTranslator will be available for N900 users as soon as possible. I think it's just missing the deb packaging, but let's see what happens.
