I noticed pecan is not able to sign in when the 3g network uses proxy. I had to uncheck proxy to make it sign in.

rc4 of pecan loads your contacts from server on every logon which is sort of an issue if you like to merge your contacts. does it allow you to send file from conversation window? i couldn't find a away to send files with it

There is new plugin "pidgin protocols for conversation plugin" I wonder what it is? Is it stand alone without installation of pidgin itself? Does it drain battery?

i can confirm pecan works with hotmail accountd but not @msn.com accounts. i reported this so hope it gets sorted in next update.

I'm having a problem with the latest MSN pecan update (02/27/10), after the install, the plugin disapears from configuration panel but in the App Manager is listed as Installed properly.
Anyone having this problem??

also is there a way to install just msn haze, i dont want all the other pidgin, just need msn
