Well I clean mine with baby wipes then dry with a micro-fibre cloth, I wring them out 1st as they are a bit too wet normally, I don't do it for the germ reason though, I just find them the best thing to clean it with
Do you wear a mask and gloves when your out

This is why you have an immune system.

1) try not to lick or suck on your n900, or stick it in your eyes, or into any orifice, or rub it into any open wounds.

2) wash your hands

Other then that, there is not much you can do.

Just blast the darned thing with canned air every couple of weeks to get all the lints and cruds out. Those are the things that can affect mechanical functionality of your device and they may even be good medium for germs and bacterias to grow..

ohw only have 180 toiletseats here...maybe that is why i get sick so often I am TOO clean ROFL...

Only use a damp cloth if it is real dirty or i can't swipe it off with my sleeve...

Apply some caustic soda to the phone using your tongue to smooth it on.

Germs will be the least of your worries after that!

Are you sure the term "germs" was correct?

You can use as many alcohol wipes as you want but nothing short of a miracle patch from NOKIA is going ot get rid of the damn bugs in this phone!
