It's a interesting Idea. Yeah! 
But, I guess, it's not possible to have a different picture on Video out. In my opinion only similar pictures on the screen and the video out are posibble.
And a on screen controller didn't work... only for some games, because we have no multitouch.

You will need multitouch to make that useful. Otherwise the screen can only track one point at a time.
(Imagine how many buttons you need to mash up at the same time when you're playing a nes game).
