Phew! finally it works.... all i have to do was uninstalled and reinstalled. I noticed it is cisco vpn concentrator dependent. It is all depend how the setup done. (got to check with your n/w guy). I have three vpn connection with different site. Two connected successfully, but not passing traffic after the successful connection. I guess must be some firewall or access-list or control. and the last one connects and passing traffic....wooooooo!!! i am so happy. Now I can access to my office network using the vpnc-gui. Thanks for the developer of this apps. Great jobs.!!!!

Could you writeup a quick summary of what tools you used and how you configured the N900 to use the VPNs? Also, what VPN technologies you are connecting to? I am trying to connect to my corporate VPN, but have not had any luck so far.
