Conduit manages the synchronization and conversion of data into other
formats. For example, conduit allows you to;
* Synchronize your tomboy notes to a file on a remote computer
* Synchronize your emails to your mobile phone
* Synchronize your bookmarks to delicious, gmail, or even your own webserver
* and many more..
Here's a video demo.

In Ubuntu install it with Synaptic.

Hello,
I don't get it how you can sync your contact settings and your calendar within conduit. I can't find them on my n900.

I just tried in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and Conduit 0.3.17 and it does NOT synchronize let alone detect the N900.
