I like the theme but like others before me the virtual keyboard is fully green. is this because you're still working on the theme? or did i do something wrong?
one thing i suggest you change (and i changed myself) is lower the wmCloseIcon(Pressed).png X-icon by 3 pixels.
it looked like it was possitioned a bit to high and by lowering 3 pixels it looked better.
another thing is. I'm using the conversations widget and the custom script widget and their backgrounds seem to have a blueish line around them. now i know this is not due to your theme but could you help me remove those?
lastly, you show this screenshot:
mine has a lighter grey line on both the left and the right side.

After your exams, would you mind dumping all of your custom icons into a file that's available for download?
I sure would like to use some of them on my N800.

Borders around menus are somewhat broken now, they differ in color from the menu background. Other problems (slider in the Video Player, vertical edges when selecting an item in the Call Log) are still there.

slider in the video player is a nokia issue, try it with ovi store themes, you will get your answer
