Does anybody know, How to install MeeGo 1.0 on VMWare Player???
I tryed to do so, but after reboot, VMWare screen is just black and thats all

you cant install the Meego Laptop Release on Vmware couse they just support Atom Processors with special command sets and the VMWARE cant emulate them.

you need a Atom Core Processor to install the Meego Release. I dont understand why they go this way but the last Moblin Release did have the same Problem. The funny thing is that i read the older Moblin Versions where able to run in a VMWare..

The increase the acceptance of Meego it would be better to support Vmware like Processors too so the People can test it easyly.

It doesn't need an Atom CPU but a CPU supporting SSE3 instructions.

If it doesn't work on Vmware it's also because it needs accelerated OpenGL for the interface.
