Hello everyone

First of all, sorry if this has already been discussed but I used the search function and didn't find anything.

My main volume control located on the status area or using the buttons on the top of the device is not working at all, I put it all the way down and there is still sound...

I did a reset of the config in the configuration menu and it didn't do the trick...

Any suggestions please.
